Hotel Mystays Ueno East Tokyo

The staff at Mystays Ueno East were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help me store my luggage before check-in, providing excellent customer service. the hotel was conveniently located near Inaricho Station, making it easy to navigate Tokyo. I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff and convenient location.

Clean rooms with ample space and comfortable amenities. Friendly and helpful staff provided clear directions and local recommendations. Convenient location near train station and diverse dining options. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the residential street. Would consider staying at another Hotel Mystays location.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being only a 2-minute walk from the nearest train station and less than 10 minutes from a beautiful park. It made exploring the city very convenient. I found the value for money at this hotel to be great. The amenities and services provided were worth the price I paid. The toilet in my room had some fancy functions that I really enjoyed.

One thing that disappointed me was the lack of assistance with luggage. The hotel had 15 stairs at the main entrance, and there was no one available to help me with my bags during check-in or check-out.

We loved the hotel's location near Ueno station, making it easy to explore the city. it was conveniently close to the Bazaar, awesome for some enjoyable shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff provided excellent service.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It is conveniently situated near two train stations, allowing for easy access to various attractions. The hotel is also close to Ueno station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. some rooms offer a comfortable sofa set, providing extra space to relax.

The breakfast area has a lack of choice and insufficient seating capacity, which can be bothersome during busy times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. It was situated in a quiet area, just a short walk from Ueno station and park. The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The service they provided was top-notch. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The toilet was surprisingly spacious, and the hot shower was absolutely amazing. Plus, the hotel offered a great view from the room and a delicious breakfast.

All in all, everything was great during my stay at this hotel.
